Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products—including downloadable workbooks, guides, courses, and other digital content—all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at info@violetwatersco.com, and we will gladly assist you.
Physical Products
For physical items, returns or refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
The item arrives damaged or defective
The incorrect item was received
To be eligible, you must contact info@violetwatersco.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
Approved returns may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Coaching Services
All coaching sessions, packages, and services are non-refundable once delivered. Missed sessions or unused services are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
The Root Reset App
Purchases & Subscriptions
App Purchases
All in-app purchases, digital content, and premium features within The Root Reset App are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout).
All subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.
App Store Policies
Subscriptions and payments made through third-party platforms (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) are also subject to their respective refund and cancellation policies. We do not control or process refunds issued by third-party app stores.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Digital downloads and digital products
App subscriptions and in-app purchases
Coaching sessions that have been delivered
Personalized or custom products
Cancellations
Orders, digital purchases, app access, and subscriptions cannot be canceled once processed or activated. Please review all product details before completing your purchase.
