Coaching with The Root is offered within a clear, intentional scope. Sessions are designed for clarity, orientation, and practical support, and are not intended to replace professional mental health care.
This work does not include clinical therapy, trauma processing, or ongoing emotional support. Our program is time-bound, focused, and offered without between-session messaging.
If you are seeking therapeutic treatment, long-term emotional support, or clinical care, working with a licensed mental health professional is encouraged.
